[ This little forum post comes well after he's had his fun at the party, but it does come, and it's a good thing the forums are text because if people could hear how gleeful he was... ]

Hello all!

I am afraid I must admit to something terrible! I may have found an incredibly deadly debuff that simply did not fall off of me when I returned to the Root Town. It would seem it affects NPCs as well as players, but the NPCs simply would not die and reset themselves!

Oopsie.

Do you think this counts as a bug or a feature? Should I report it? I took it to a few more places in town to make certain of what I was seeing, of course! Could anyone confirm this is what they were seeing, too? (:

[ Yeah, yeah, he made a point to spread that chaos before admitting what happened. He's just being a good beta tester, though, right? Right! ]

Allowing affinity to have an effect on certain weapons and buffs would at least allow the simpler classes to be a little more versatile in how we can choose to play.

Currently, weapon and equipment abilities would likely be the only way for us to do that. Although, I've seen more debuffs than buffs discovered thus far....

[You know. Like this one.]

Right? I'd like to see further buffs on our attack if nothing else. Currently, it doesn't feel like there is a particular advantage to choosing it over the Wavemaster class.

Although that is likely an effect of our current levels. I was always prepared for this to be a class that shines in the higher levels, though.

I did. Time will tell whether it was the correct choice, but I'm not so committed that I will slog along with the game if I'm not enjoying it later on.
