my usual musical accompaniment is out of town and i don't feel like playing myself and i want to practice.

figured since that stupid game is basically real life it'd be close enough to actual, real practice for SOME things.

i don't know that i'd call it "fun", but it's nothing at all like dancing to recorded music.

of course it's different. live music isn't some static thing like a recording. it can become something entirely different in mere moments or just because somebody different is playing

it's only frustrating if you don't know what you're doing or you're working with someone who's shit.

what i prefer depends on what i need out of the music or what i'm in the mood for.
