some of you probably noticed Mithrun1's body disappeared earlier today

I finally heard from one of his caretakers and he had a health issue but he's alive and awake now

he'll be okay!!!

I don't know when he'll be released and hospitals are pretty sterile so if anyone wants to send him any well wishes with a card or something I'm going to be delivering those

just shoot me a message and we can work out the details or you can send me a digital card that I'll print out for him




also it seems like more people are getting weird messages with special gate codes they can't get normally

something's been off about every single one so watch out if you're using any strange gate codes

it's a game but it's VR and people are really getting hurt so BE CAREFUL

I wonder if someone can just "take control" of an avatar by a bug or something.

I guess it'd depend on whether or not our avatar would be hanging around like how Mithrun's was.

But, this sort of thing...did you ever run into a bug where other people were finding themselves switching avatars with other people's? Without realizing how this happened?

I did run into a few people who had swapped with others. I was lucky and didn't get hit with it myself though...

Apparently a different sort of 'swap' happened with Zelkova. He was moved from one place forcibly to another. Against his will.

It reminds me of the avatar swap, so I wondered if they were related.

Zelkova is an advanced ai

If Zelkova had been around he might have been able to fix things before they got this far

Do you mean the avatar switching glitch? I don't know how fixes work and whatnot but if it's not happening anymore, they'd fixed it, right?

there was that bug with everyone switching avatars even if they didn't log in at exactly the same time

could have been a similar glitch that left it logged in and somehow it lagged for an entire week before the code caught up

it can't be a weirder explanation than anything else right??

that all has to do with how he died in game right?

I don't know what he ran into but there's some really strange and dangerous stuff in this game which is why we need to be more careful with these weird gate codes we keep getting

I don't think he passed out for no reason but whatever happened it doesn't sound like he's actually been dead in the game for a week
