Mithrun is missing in real life. His body has been dead out on the main Mac Anu bridge without respawning for a whole week. The admins aren't letting anyone mess with it right now.

I don't know anything about outside the game, but the last time I spoke with Mithrun-san was almost a week ago, yes. He didn't seem to be acting out of the ordinary other than that buggy dungeon you mentioned. He did tell me about that, but we presumed his damage would heal when he logged off.
