To get to the point of this post—Does everyone remember that post that Oriae made mentioning the bonus gear some of us got?

Well, I got some bonus gear myself, and I'll confirm that it wasn't CCCorp! Or anyone in this game...or "world". In fact I was told that it was cursed before being warned to stop using it or otherwise I'd be harmed.

Sounds kind of crazy doesn't it?

It was an armor set that looked like something an idol would wear!
It had a neat little bonus where my lance could turn into a mic too :-)

well, the stats are really good. and it looks cool. It even changes with my class and everything.

It really does look cool when it changes. I think that's the only weird thing about my set.

I unequipped my bonus equipment after thinking over what they said.
Even if it's completely crazy sounding it's not a huge ask.
You're right, though.
We're all our own person.
