I hope we're doing okay today and are enjoying the new root town. Remember to be careful on the bridges!
To get to the point of this post—Does everyone remember that post that Oriae made mentioning the bonus gear some of us got?
Well, I got some bonus gear myself, and I'll confirm that it wasn't CCCorp! Or anyone in this game...or "world". In fact I was told that it was cursed before being warned to stop using it or otherwise I'd be harmed.
Sounds kind of crazy doesn't it?

There's nothing wrong with being weird. :-)
Pranking people or surprising someone with an airhorn isn't something I'd consider hurting anyone. I think it can be pretty funny depending on how it's done.
Now, if you're planning to blow out someone's eardrum with it...
