Good day.
Have most people had a chance to run a dungeon or two yet? I would like to hear about the experiences that everyone has had so far. I am probably not the only one, either.
The keywords used seem to have a rather esoteric or oblique link to the resulting generated area, for one thing.

We got maid outfits at the end. It's just for show, not equipment. Still takes an inventory slot, though.

If I may, what keywords ended up getting you there? I ask because my party ended up in a volcanic area using "Hidden Advice's Night Moon".
[ which, you know, none of that sounds very volcano-y, but maybe with more data they can figure out the link if any. ]

i didnt feel like doing anything in the latter half of the dungeon
my party was the same too
it was so weird..........
[ Only because having nothing to do would make him absolutely agitated. ]

So the keywords used can also result in a group debuff that is in effect for the duration of the dungeon, more or less?

@Scitalis
What'd you get from what keywords that was so oblique?

This came after a discussion about how our group rather would try to avoid the warmer areas to start with, so I became curious.

Unless it is a combination of it and the other keywords that determines the location selected, rather than each word determining a different thing ...?

Locale: Stormy plains
Architecture: Dungeon made of castle walls
Monsters: Discoknives, Squidbods, Spark Maidens
Notable Events: Received [Blessing] effect at the end of run. Gained flight for 24 hours.
Drops: Standard weapons/armor for my level
You mentioned you used △ Hidden Advice's Night Moon, which shares a keyword with mine. However, I don't see any similarities between our runs from what you've described in this thread so far. Does anything in my run ring as familiar?
no subject
The single commonality I can find is in the blessing we received after clearing the area, as we also received flight.
Otherwise, for us it was:
Keywords: Hidden Advice's Night Moon
Locale: volcanic wasteland
Architecture: a dungeon consisting of a tower in said area
Monsters: Deadly Presents, Flame Heads, Red Wyrms
Notable Events: Received [Blessing] effect at the end of run. Gained flight for 24 hours.
Drops: Standard weapons/armor for our level

I would recommend against utilizing this keyword.

@Mithrun1 | CASE STUDY: DREAMING CORPSE'S NIGHT MOON
Study: Dreaming Corpse's Night Moon
Control Case
Keywords: △ Dreaming Corpse's Night Moon
Participants: Myself (Solo)
Locale: Stormy plains
Architecture: Dungeon made of castle walls
Monsters: Discoknives, Squidbods, Spark Maidens
Notable Events: Received [Blessing] effect at the end of run. Gained flight for 24 hours.
Drops: Standard weapons/armor for my level
Variable Case 1
Keywords: △ Dreaming Cupid's Gate
Participants: Myself (Solo)
Locale: Stormy plains
Architecture: Dungeon made of stone walls
Monsters: Bee Commandos, Ochimushas, Grand Electrics
Notable Events: Received [Blessing] effect at the end of run. Felt unusually romantic.
Drops: N/A
Variable Case 2
Keywords: △ Creeping Corpse's Belladonna
Participants: Myself (Solo)
Locale: Sweltering volcanic wasteland
Architecture: Dungeon made of castle walls
Monsters: Sky Fish, Skate Rat Ark, Flame Heads
Notable Events: Saw a High Wolf that wanted to be kicked. High Wolf granted me 5 healing items; the unused items disappeared at the end of the run.
Drops: N/A
Variable Case 3
Keywords: △ Agonizing Black Night Moon
Participants: Myself (Solo)
Locale: Murky forest
Architecture: Dungeon made of stone walls
Monsters: Disco Knives, Headhunters and Pumpkin Kings
Notable Events: Received [Blessing] effect at the end of run. Gained flight for 24 hours.
Drops: N/A
Observations
• Generated locale appears to be linked to the first keyword.
• Monsters appear to be linked to the generated locale. There appears to be one non-elemental category of monsters per run, and two monsters linked to the apparent element of the locale.
• However, the monsters generated do not appear to always be the same despite the shared element (cf. Control Case and Variable Case 1). Unknown if the monsters are randomly generated, or if the monsters that appear are determined by the combination of keywords.
• Architecture of the dungeon within the locale appears to be linked to the second keyword.
• The buff, debuff, boon, or bane encountered during the run appears to be linked to the third keyword.
Further Research
While the division of keywords and Area characteristics seems straightforward, it would be best to continue testing other control cases cf. variable cases to verify Area keywords function the same way for all variations, and what has been observed here wasn't simply a coincidence, or a pattern identified prematurely.
@Mithrun1 | OBSERVATION NOTES: FREEDOM
Participants: Oriade, Akatsuki, Mithrun1, L3V147H4N
Locale: Grassy meadow
Architecture: Forest dungeon
Monsters: Goblins, Red Wyrms, Flame Heads
Notable Events: Encountered an empty chest which then caused our armor to explode, leaving us nude. Utilizing armor skins, or attempting to equip alternate pieces of armor, did not cover us.
Drops: N/A
It is unclear why the "unknown" user recommended users attempt this keyword in the last position. Lack of armor is ultimately a debuff. It may have been amusing to the user. I would not recommend running the keyword "Freedom" in the last position; unequipping your armor is quicker and easier.
