In the context of a video game, the "meta" is the group defined optimal approach to the game. So, the best optimized weapon and gear sets, buffs, party compositions, strategies, etc..

In regards to my assignment: I'm currently recovering from a brain injury. I was told it may be therapeutic to participate in this beta test. The idea is to see if the neuralink technology aids in the rehabilitation process.
