With all this noob talk, I just wanted to remind everyone that we're all new to this game. And that's amazing when you think about it! We're so lucky to be the ones here to experience it all. The important thing isn't who the best is, it's about how much fun we can have. That's the point of games, right?

So, let's all try to have fun together while we're here! Remember to eat and drink in real life too, everyone!

I'm actually kinda worried about some of you guys. Stress and taking things too seriously really isn't good for your health. You might get wrinkles in real life, no matter how gorgeous your avatar is.

Here I have. Every location here has been placed here for a reason, so it's worth understanding the layout of the area.

I haven't found anything mechanically noteworthy this way, but I've found some private spots that are largely enclosed, that you can only get into by climbing or going through an alley network. They might be all right to sit in, if the main streets ever feel too busy.

( If he can even find those spots again... )

Really? Huh, I hadn't thought about it that way. All these places have been fun to look at, but is there really a reason for everything?

With that attitude and bravery, you'll know everything about this game in no time. Oh man, I sure am lucky partying with someone so pretty and smart. [ all smiles, no shame. ] We'll clear it in no time.

[ Leaning over again a fraction, hand pausing. ]

Thank you! But I really don't think I'm more optimistic than anyone else. People just forget to have fun sometimes, even in video games.

So, are you remembering to take care of yourself too?

( He coughs one final time, ish, and seems to let himself be for a sec, just to make sure another one's not coming. )

... I don't think they're burning anymore, no.

( He really should say thanks, but his head is screwed on a little sideways, so it doesn't occur to him to... rip )

Yeah, pretty. You know what pretty means, don't you?

[ The earnestness is unrestrained, even once his hand slides away now that the coughing has subsided. ]

That's a relief!

( He hasn't been called pretty since before The Accident (tm), so this gives him pause. )

I've been told I look creepy. My avatar looks like me, more or less.

( Weird eye and ... all the rest of him, in all. )

Well, that's certainly a rude thing to say to someone.

[ Tylor tilts his head at that undeterred. He really isn't the type to shy away from looking directly at Mithrun, odd eye and all. If there's hair or anything covering said eye, Tylor reaches up casually to lift it and look. ]

Hmm. Nope, not creepy at all. Actually, it's almost like you're always winking at me.

[ So, of course, he winks too. Assuming that hand wasn't stopped, it falls back again. ]

Do you think you're pretty?

( He allows it. The hair goes up, and the eyeball rolled weirdly sits there in its damaged socket. Looking at it so intentionally, Tylor can probably tell that it's actually a glass eye.

It seems like it takes Mithrun more effort to get the damaged socket fully closed, though he does do it often enough.

He watches Tylor assess and conclude the same thing he'd concluded before, and return his inadvertent wink. He doesn't know what to think - or if he should be thinking about this at all. )

... No more than I think you're pretty. ( That sounds mean but it's not. meant to be, ) I used to be pretty vain. But now I just assess people based on their ability.

( And that sounds nicer than what it actually is - that he often only takes note of people for what they're capable of now, and not much else.

Not everyone, though. Some, he grants slightly longer assessments, though Mithrun hasn't recognized the pattern himself. )

I don't know what you're capable of yet. But talking to you is acceptable.

( More than he can say for some, that's for sure. )

[ Tylor laughs at Mithrun's assessment, a clear and unrestrained sound of honest amusement that he exhales as he leans back and laces his fingers behind his head. ]

You aren't vain now. I think that's what really matters. And talking to you is acceptable too. I'd even say it's fun.

[ He blinks, like he just remembered why they were here in the first place. ]

Say, did you have any words in mind?

( "Fun"... he seems like he's going to have to think about that. )

Not really, not yet. I'm still figuring out what the most useful ones are. We can use random ones, if you don't, either.

At this point it's mostly just a hunch to be honest.
But wanting to friend request the entire team is just a weird thing to do if you ask me.

Well, I don't know how I'd look in a really short skirt. Besides, tight clothes are no fun. Then again, shorter looks so enchanting on pretty people. Mid-thigh sounds perfect.

[ But right after hani's last message comes Tylor's response in another comment-- typed with impressive speed compared to his usual inconsistency-- ]

Why, of course they come from the heart! I mean every word right from the bottom of it, liquefied hydrogen pumped from my very soul! Love really starts to ache if you don't share it occasionally.

Oh, I'm doing fine. You don't have to worry about me! But since you're doing so well in real life: how is your game life going? Are you having fun?

I see. But I wonder if he's just lonely? is it bad to be so honest about it?

Well, there is something nice and breezy about loose clothing and napping. But you would look great in anything.

[ intention is always harder to read in text, but hani seems as laid-back and sincere as always. they will be very disappointed if they don't see maid justy. ]

I see. So you overflow like a fountain of love! Or maybe something stronger? A river of love that leads to a waterfall. If the path to the waterfall is blocked, then you would flood. I understand now.

I thought were you were sincere before, but it is a fact that we were a particularly beautiful team. [ it's not ego! just a factual observation. ] But if these compliments are coming straight from your heart, then I should take care to store them somewhere equally important.
