UN: PinkPilgrim - "Do ANY of you know what you're doing?"

Now don't take this the wrong way or nothing, I'm just trying to be frank here. Because it seems like a whole lot of you haven't played a game like this before. Is this a vocal minority situation or did they just pull names out of hats for this beta?

Because to be honest they aren't paying me enough as "User Moderator" or whatever they put on my paychecks to lead around an entire gaggle of ducklings just so they can idiot proof their game or whatever the logic is here. Again, no offense. I'm sure you're all brilliant at whatever it is you do with the rest of your time.

Anyway I guess I should aughta say that if you have any problems and you don't wanna go straight to the admin, there's me. But I don't know anything more about the game than you, I just maybe know how to play it better and also I can timeout people if they're acting up.

Oh, I think it's quite clever to have a wide range of experiences on one's beta test. After all, the proper game will have all manner of incompetent clowns as well as seasoned game veterans. It's always wise to plan for every eventuality.

But the latter's more likely to stumble across bugs while doing something stupid.

It can't be that bad. I think deciphering a bit of layman's terms would be preferable to simply not discovering a bug at all. Else we might have people falling through the floors or becoming off-model polygonal parodies of themselves.

I tended more towards biology and chemistry, I'm afraid.
