UN: VOGEL - dungeon crawling??

[After many attempts to type and retype this message for maximum politeness and ADULT MATURITY. Nailed it] Hi. I think I should introduce myself first, right? I am Vogel. Has anyone not explored any areas yet? I would like to try in a group, because I think my class is too slow to do much on its own.

You are unable to unequip it?

Perhaps it's a cursed object? Do they have that mechanic in this game?

After someone managed to bring back a plague from one of the starting areas I'm not sure if I'm willing to underestimate what one might find in them.

I'm a dark Steam Gunner. If you hold their attention I will be free to do damage from afar. As far as elements go ... given our character levels so far I don't think we really have much in the way of tools or equipment to capitalize on any elemental advantages or disadvantages?


[ level 1 skills for the non-mages: non-elemental. ]

Since you'll have to be navigating it while dealing with monsters, you can pick the terrain. I think the forest or meadow might be the less treacherous options, though.

[ does vogel wanna trip over dead plants, roast in the heat, trudge through the snow, dodge lightning strikes from a thunderstorm? the options are many, and even moreso if they want to go dungeoning rather than just exploring the various areas. ]

I am in no rush. Having another person cannot hurt, especially because we will be relying on potions and other health restoratives for healing.

Given the lack of an enforced party composition, I imagine they must have designed the areas to be clearable whether one has a dedicated healer or not.

Interesting. Maybe it's something like how some games will have skins that last only for a limited amount of time, and similar.

[ all those seasonal event skins you can equip for 3 days before they expire, you know. ]

Or perhaps they're making some things available earlier than they would normally be for the sake of allowing beta testers to access them in a timely manner?
