I'm not. We're allowed to criticize things in the game and the company, as well as how anyone in 'charge', even in some capacity, happen to be handling it. This includes terrible behavior.

If you got banned for speaking out, that'd just be stupid.

its being rewarded for doing something
so that it encourages you to keep doing it
theres also different kinds like variable ratio conditioning
you dont get rewarded every single time
but you get rewarded eventually
in that way
you keep repeating that behavior
even if there isnt a reward every time
