I didn't notice until now but the only things I can feel are in game.

Would you feel comfortable to give your information of who you are to someone?
Or at least have them call someone for you.
Maybe they can contact an emergency responder to help you.

Are you able to enter any game or system settings and adjust them? Can you change your pain sensors or any of the other sensory options?

Yeah, I can. It's just the log out option that's messed up.

I would advise that you disable as much of the sensory options as you can, as quickly as possible.

It seems possible that your brain is having trouble processing the separation of game input and input from within reality, including impulses from your actual nerves.
