I would like to share my friend with everyone today.

In the real world, he is my best friend. ╰(✿´⌣`✿)╯♡
But I have asked, and he is not allowed to join us in the game.
I understand - he didn't enter the lottery, and he is also not eligible to do so.
And it would cost a lot of money to make a tiny headset for him as well.
But after I asked, the person who answered me made a suggestion that I have since taken them up on.

This is Nyanami. She is also my friend, but she lives here in the game. (๑✪ᆺ✪๑)
I found her in an alley in Mac Anu, and asked the people nearby, but none of them claimed her as theirs, so she'll be my friend while I'm playing.
I don't think she can do any spells or fight monsters, but I like having a small friend with me when I go places.

Do any of you have any friends like Chuchu or Nyanami? Can I see them please?

I would like a pet system, if it isn't too much trouble.
But, people would want it to give them some kind of reward in the game, wouldn't they? That's what I've heard about these types of things.
But I think having a friend with you wherever you go is its own reward.

Do not let her fool you. She can get up to a lot of trouble when no one is looking.

And then she purrs, and rubs up against your legs, because she knows she will be forgiven as long as she acts cute enough.

I do think that people usually want some sort of benefit for it ... Like carrying extra items, or providing some sort of stat boost.

But there's something to be said about just simply making something that should be an enemy into a companion as well.

[ maybe the tryhards can compete to find the rarest, toughest boss to turn into a pet so they can show it off in town. ]

They're lots of fun, I really recommend them as pets. If you forget about them, you can always start over.

mostly. typhon is the friendliest, but there are some people cerberus doesn’t like very much. he’s very persnickety and loud, but he’s an energetic breed.

Oh wow, I didn't know that we could adopt or befriend any pets in the game... I'll have to keep an eye out if I find any animals that look like they could use some attention.

In the meantime, your friend ChuChu is very cute! I think you're the first person I've ever spoken to that has a pet monkey IRL, where as I usually just hear about dogs, cats, fish, and maybe the occasional bird...

Oh, but if you'd like to see my friend, here she is! I call her Bebe.

I just acquired her recently, so I'm still getting used to taking care of her. Apparently it's rare to find a female orange cat, but I somehow came across this one while walking home. She's very sweet, but has a bad habit of trying to steal any cheese I have during dinner.

... Actually, there's also another cat, but I'm not sure if I should call it mine? It's a stray that keeps somehow finding ways to get in and out of the apartment complex and thus sort of just comes and goes, but I've ended up naming him Kyubey as opposed to nothing at all.
