Vogel and I have already checked most of the rec areas. I don't know if he's a part of any other guilds besides mine, he might have a room elsewhere. Do you know?

Unfortunately, I haven't seen him at any single on of my Guilds and I am in a lot of them, actually.

I'm thinking that he probably hasn't joined many other ones. So, if you can't find him in one, then we won't find him in one. There's the option of checking the Root Towns and Dungeon Areas.

Including Special Areas. I can go ahead and recheck the non-rec Special Areas and let you know if he turns up?
