I think both sides have forced secrets. Both Lily, and CC Corp - the official corporate communications, Hien, and Zelkova - are all functionally digital entities pursuing goals unclear to most of the players here.

I don't know if an AI know what's best what's humans. But I don't know if humans know what's best for humans, either. It's humans running CC Corp... presumably.
